On 31 Jan 2013, went to have my 2nd visit for my invisalign. 17 attachments placed on my front teeths, done by a oral hygienist.
The hygienist mentioned that my front set of teeths will not be align until tray no 11. For the first 10 trays, it will help to expand my upper and lower jaw, increase the gaps between the teeth and tilting my 2nd and 1st lower molar upright.

My Invisalign - 1st Tray
Invisalign Starter Kit!
I was not attend by ther doctor, it was the nurse who hand me the starter kit and taught me how to use the invisalign trays. I was told not to throw any of the Invisalign Trays... WHY? I forgot to ask! But I know that it is better not to throw the previous tray, in case you lost the current tray. Besides that, it is advised to use the Chewie on every single teeth to make sure that the tray sits in nicely without bubbles.
My first day (16th January 2013) of first tray. No attachments, no filing, nothing! Just a set of clear tray.
When I first took off the invisalign from my teeth the next morning, it hurts my right upper canine, the most inward grow teeth. It feels as if the teeth in going to pull off, leads my to have abit of phobia to take off tray thereafter.
Still the first tray (20 January 2013), the forth day, and the hurting feeling of taking off the tray have reduced. Still figuring out how to take off the tray more ideally to prevent my saliva dripped around my mouth... I tried to do it when I am in the toilet or nobody is around me, or they may think what am I doing having my fingers inside my mouth digging something.
Looking forward for the attachments and 2nd trays and so on...
Next appointment, and of this month!
